Refunds and Cancellation

You can cancel your order up to one day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds for same-day cancellations.

For any cancellations, please contact us within our communication hours: Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

In unforeseen circumstances, Sabrôso Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel and refund orders within 48 hours of fulfilment. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance.
